Job Description THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50‑hour work weeks. The ability to oversee all aspects of the business – from the most minor details to the big picture. Responsibilities Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guests’ expectations. Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions. Interact with guest‑service‑focused team members in areas such as recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development. Live and promote core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high‑quality and timely results. Qualifications 21+ years of age. 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience. Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor. Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience. True leadership capabilities. Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
