Career Services Coordinator

Levin College of Law is hiring a Career Services Coordinator. The role involves managing recruiting programs, database systems, and career-related programming to support student job placement in legal fields, both for summer and full-time employment. The Coordinator will oversee on-campus and off-campus recruiting activities, maintain employer and student communications, and optimize the use of employment databases. Highlights Primary support for administrative functions including recruiting programs and career programming. Organize and administer on-campus interviewing (OCI) program, including scheduling and policy enforcement. Manage and optimize Symplicity database usage for employers and students. Facilitate off-campus legal employment opportunities and employer relationships. Create and manage office communications with students, employers, and the public. Coordinate career-related events and programming within the College of Law. Required: Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience. Preferred skills include experience with Symplicity, Microsoft Office Suite, strong verbal and written communication, and knowledge of legal employers or law schools. Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000. Works with students, faculty, staff, legal employers, attorneys, and alumni to strengthen law school community connections. #J-18808-Ljbffr
