Assistant Nurse Manager

BJC HealthCare seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our PACU to support clinical operations, staff, and patient care. In this role, you will coordinate post-anesthesia nursing care, assist with staffing and scheduling, mentor and coach nurses, and promote evidence-based practice and safety standards. You will collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and throughput. The role includes performance improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements, patient and family advocacy, and fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous learning.
