FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

DutiesYou will possess comprehensive knowledge of fiscal policy and law as it applies to DoD acquisition for multiple most common Department of the Navy appropriations.You will assess assigned financial health of projects, tracks, coordinates, and analyzes overall program financial data, schedules, and milestones.You will develop strategies for programming, budgeting, and procurement for an organization controlling thresholds in excess of $200M.You will be responsible for assisting with multiple contracting efforts in excess of $100M and contract administration throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including requests for proposal, and contract award(s), modification(s), and closeout.You will prepare and provide programmatic financial briefings and solutions to potential financial risks for senior leadership, technical stakeholders, and external organizations.
