Remote: Strategic Payor Partnerships Director
Equip
Equip is seeking a strategic Business Development Director to lead payor partnerships and accelerate health plan expansion across all 50 states. You will partner with the VP of Patient Access and the CEO to architect value-based contracts and scalable growth strategies.
The role requires deep credibility with health-plan executives, a track record of enterprise deals, and strong financial modeling, with a focus on maintaining clinical excellence while expanding access to care.
