Human Resources Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator II – HR Operations (Separations/Offboarding) Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite – Monday to Friday) Employment Type: Contract | 6+ Months Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator II to join a fast‑paced HR Operations team supporting employee separation and offboarding processes. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Employee Lifecycle Management who enjoy structured, process‑driven work and can operate independently. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with employee separations, HR case management, and HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: Process voluntary and involuntary employee terminations. Manage employee separation and offboarding activities. Prepare termination letters, severance documents, and exit packages. Coordinate final pay‑related changes with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams. Maintain accurate employee records in Workday. Manage HR cases and employee transactions through ServiceNow. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, and other cross‑functional teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. 2+ years of HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience. Experience with employee separations, offboarding, or termination processing. Strong experience using Workday . Experience with ServiceNow or other HR ticketing/case management systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ADP Payroll. Experience with Leave of Absence (LOA) administration. Additional language skills are a plus: French (preferred) Spanish Portuguese This is a back‑office HR Operations role , not a Recruiting or Employee Relations position. Candidates must be comfortable working with a remote manager based outside the United States. Onsite attendance in Tampa, FL is required.
