Senior Real Estate Development Manager

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to lead end-to-end site acquisition and development for AWS Infrastructure Services. You will identify and secure strategic sites, manage due diligence, entitlements, and permitting, and oversee timelines, budgets, and risks for complex, mission-critical facilities. Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and operations to deliver scalable, cost-effective capacity that supports AWS’s rapid global growth. Leverage data to drive decisions, negotiate with external partners, and uphold AWS’s high standards for safety, sustainability, and customer impact.
