Recruiter - Security Industry, Uncapped Bonus (Sadie)

Job Skills / Requirements Northeast Security is looking for a fast paced recruiter with extensive knowledge of the physical security industry to join our team! Salary: 65,000 Base salary with uncapped bonus Location: Westwood M-F, one remote day per week Security Account management or Security Recruiting experience is highly preferred Sourcing using our ATS platform to identify top talent. Prescreening and interviewing candidates to identify their skills, qualifications, fit for sites, and potential for growth. High volume recruiting with quarterly goals and metrics. Lead the full Cycle recruitment process for every candidate to hire. Build relationships with Account Managers and assist with setting up interviews. Call Center or prior high volume recruiting experience. Ensure timely and effective communication with account managers and HR about candidates and hires. Meet Monthly and Quarterly Metrics requirements. Self Motivated candidate Sourcing. Additional team and admin support as needed. Must be willing to commute to the office every day (Westwood, MA) with flexibility to commute to sites for certain account start ups/projects. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education level Experience in high volume call center, recruiting, and/or equivalent Interviewing experience preferred Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
