Work Environment\n

This position is offered remotely, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through various means such as video calls, phone consultations, and secure messaging platforms. The full-time role requires adherence to a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work necessitated by client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, identifying emotional, mental, and social factors that may affect their health and well-being.

• Provide regular counseling sessions to seniors and their families, aiding them in navigating life transitions such as health changes, loss, and adjusting to living conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in social work, with a strong preference for experience in geriatric or community-centered settings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of social work principles, ethical guidelines, and an understanding of aging-related issues.

• Strong assessment, counseling, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by effective communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
