To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Healthcare Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice on commercial agreements, primarily focusing on healthcare provider contracts, while collaborating with various internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, with a primary focus on healthcare provider contracts Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, legal obligations, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with operational, compliance, finance, and executive leadership to support strategic business initiatives Required qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar 3+ years of legal experience in-house or with a law firm representing healthcare organizations Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating healthcare commercial contracts, including provider agreements Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory matters, including HIPAA and general provider compliance issues
