SUMMARY The International Freight Forwarder coordinates import and export shipments on behalf of clients, ensuring goods are transported from origin to destination according to agreed schedules and requirements. Responsibilities Export/Import document preparation and data entry Vessel space booking Customer service Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules Invoicing Email communication with overseas contacts Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trading, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Excel, email, and general computer applications Strong communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Flexible, part-time, or temporary schedules may be considered On-site in Torrance, CA Additional Information Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Logistics system: Opus #J-18808-Ljbffr Triup, Inc.
