VP of Institutional Sales (Individual Contributor) New York (Hybrid) $160K–$210K Base + Bonus $320K - $420K Inico Recruit is working with a leading independent research house specializing in highly tactical, cross-asset macro strategy analysis for institutional investors, to find their next VP of Institutional Sales in New York. Our client's data and insights help hedge funds, asset managers, and macro investors better understand market positioning, identify crowding, manage risk, and spot opportunities before the rest of the market catches on. About the Role This is a pure hunter, individual contributor position - no direct reports, full ownership of your own book and territory. You'll represent a highly differentiated, data-driven product to leading institutional investors globally, with real scope to shape how the business scales across the Americas. What You'll Do Own new business development across a portfolio of institutional accounts - hedge funds, asset managers, and macro investors Build and manage deep, senior relationships with portfolio managers, CIOs, and heads of research at target institutions Represent a highly differentiated, data-driven research product in a crowded market Travel internationally to meet clients and prospects Work closely with a global team across New York, London, and Singapore to close and expand institutional relationships What Our Client Is Looking For Deep, established buy-side relationships and a track record of selling into institutional investors - hedge funds, asset managers, or similar Direct experience selling research, data, or analytics products into sophisticated financial institutions (not a generic SaaS or software sales background) Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required Genuine intellectual curiosity about markets, macro, and investor positioning Comfortable operating as an individual contributor, building and owning your own pipeline end to end Willingness and ability to travel internationally Why Apply This is an opportunity to represent a genuinely differentiated product to the world's leading institutional investors, join a small, high-conviction global team, and play a meaningful role in scaling a business at an important moment of growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Inico Recruitment
