Accounts receivable administrator

We are currently building a talent pipeline for upcoming Accounts Receivable Admin opportunities with our industrial and logistics clients in the Brea/Fullerton area.

In this full-cycle AR role, you will oversee multi-state billing, collections, payment reconciliations, and customer credit compliance using ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or MS Dynamics 365 BC. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory item codes and ensure on-time customer billing.
• Deliver weekly AR aging reports across multiple metrics to steer executive collection strategies.
• Issue invoices, statements, and account reconciliations as needed.
• Research and resolve customer billing discrepancies promptly.
• Process new customer credit applications and track sales tax exemption certificates.
• Assist in monthly multi-state sales tax filings and reconciliations.
• Provide backup support to Accounts Payable and Sales Support.
• Help with routine accounting functions and special projects.
