Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg, Concord, NH. Travel - temporary assignment beginning 09/13/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,199-$2,267 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, 2x3 pattern. Work setting: hospital-based high-acuity medical-surgical and respiratory care unit.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients in a high-acuity unit
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient status; manage COPD, PNA, CHF, DKA, DM1/2, pleural effusions, and pneumothorax with chest tubes/pleurex drainage as applicable
- Provide airway management support (trachs, vents, BiPAP, high-flow) and maintain Telemetry monitoring
- Administer medications, titrate as ordered, document care in the EMR, and uphold safety and infection control standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and adjust care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient education
- May be asked to float to nearby regional facilities as needed to support staffing and patient care

Requirements
- License: Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; NURSYS license verification
- Certifications: BLS required; NHISS needed prior to start; ACLS preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of Med Surg or high-acuity care experience; open to Critical Care RNs if comfortable with med-surg ratios and acuity
- Other: Ability to work in a high-acuity Med Surg unit; Telemetry competency required; RTO to be included at submission
- EMR: Cerner experience preferred but not required
