Position Summary We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts across the New York region. This is a unique opportunity to represent a market‑leading IAQ solution in a high‑demand space. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, and engineering firms Promote the benefits and ROI of our patented bipolar ionisation technology to key decision‑makers Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to support the sales cycle Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to close Track and report on market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback Requirements 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry Proven track record of selling to end users, consultants, and engineering firms Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the building services sector Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a range of stakeholders Self‑starter with excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills Based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY What We Offer $80,000-100,000 base salary plus uncapped commission Opportunity to work with a patented, game‑changing IAQ technology Career growth in a rapidly expanding sector Dynamic and supportive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
