Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience.
• Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing settings.
• Preferred: Staffing industry experience and existing business relationships in Houston.
