Mortgage Servicing Call Center Specialist

TEKsystems in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Customer Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire role. You will handle inbound inquiries about payments, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions, with about 20% of days spent on outbound dialer reminders. Training is on-site for 3 weeks, 8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PM. Engage with homeowners, refer refinancing opportunities to Originations, and follow escalation paths while using our proprietary servicing software. #J-18808-Ljbffr TEKsystems
