Job Summary Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose: Responsible for the effective execution of service for the daily operations in Restaurants/Bars and Conference Services events. Always ensuring that the Standards of Excellence, as determined by Flik Associates and the client are met. Position assists with record keeping, maintains sanitation standards, assists team members on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises conference services events, bars, and meal periods where applicable. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Accountable to ensure standards and legal obligations are followed. Hire, train, and develop all FOH restaurant staff in fine dining service standards. Maintain schedules, payroll, requisitions and other administrative support to maintain food and beverage cost controls including inventory and pars.
