Property Coordinator to $53K + Quarterly Bonus - Great Entry Point into Real Estate! Our client, a well-established residential real estate organization, is seeking a Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a property portfolio and serve as a key liaison between residents, property management, and internal teams. This position combines customer service, administrative coordination, and light accounting responsibilities while offering excellent exposure to the property management industry. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of customer service, administrative, accounting, or real estate experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
