Job Description Job Description We are a growing CPA firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support our accounting and tax professionals. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and prior experience in an accounting, tax, or professional services office. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person Schedule client appointments and manage CPA calendars Maintain accurate and confidential client records (digital and paper) Assist with client onboarding and engagement documentation Handle invoicing, billing, and payment tracking Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents Support tax season workflow, deadlines, and document processing Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships Assist with compliance and internal office procedures Perform general office and administrative support tasks Qualifications 2+ years of office administration experience (Accounting office preferred) Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a CPA firm, tax office, or bookkeeping environment Familiarity with QuickBooks or tax software (Drake, ProSeries, Lacerte, etc.) Customer service or client-facing experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Stable, professional work environment Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm Company Description South Florida CPA Financial is a professional accounting and tax firm serving individuals and small businesses.
