Office Assistant

MESMEN INC

Administrative Assistant We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our family-owned and operated commercial laundry equipment business. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and is eager to grow with our team. Key Responsibilities: Answer and screen incoming phone calls; take and relay messages professionally. Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory. Print, scan, and electronically file documents. Track invoices and payments with accuracy. Utilize QuickBooks to create quotes, generate invoices, receive payments, and set up new customers (required). Receive and verify incoming parts for service and inventory. Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping. Provide general administrative and office support. Qualifications: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail. Willingness and ability to learn new skills. Professional demeanor and communication skills. Required Skills & Experience: Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general PC use). Ability to conduct online research and gather data. Proficiency in QuickBooks (required). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Position Details: Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Language: Fluent in English (required)
