This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in accuracy while contributing to the overall success of the community.Compensation Rate: $20.00 HourlyKey Responsibilities:Record and maintain daily financial transactions (AP/AR, invoices, payments)Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accountsAssist with payroll processing and reportingMaintain organized and accurate financial recordsSupport the month-end close and reportingCommunicate with vendors and internal teams regarding financial mattersQualifications:1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceBasic understanding of accounting principlesExperience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
