• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, proficiency with EPIC, IV start, telemetry, ventilator management, and telemonitoring required. Previous travel experience preferred.

• Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care in various ICU settings including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, NCCU, and MICU.
• Float efficiently across units based on staffing and patient acuity.
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, and intravenous lines.
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records (EPIC preferred).
• Support the facility's mission to deliver exceptional critical care.

What You Need

• Ohio RN license or compact license
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience in a fast-paced environment
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Skills in IV insertion, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management

Preferred

• Prior travel nursing experience
