Commercial Litigation Attorney

A respected boutique litigation firm focused exclusively on commercial and business disputes is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of litigation experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex litigation matters, a strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle, and the ability to manage cases through all phases of dispute resolution. This position offers significant client contact, substantive responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated business litigation matters.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and LLC disputes, shareholder disputes, and other business-related conflictsManage cases through all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appealDraft, review, and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, subpoenas, notices of filing, and other litigation-related documentsConduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on complex litigation issuesPropound and respond to written discovery, manage document production, and conduct document reviewTake and defend depositions and participate in witness preparationDevelop case strategy and collaborate with partners on litigation mattersAttend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferencesMaintain frequent communication with clients regarding case developments and litigation strategyAccurately record billable time and comply with firm billing and timekeeping requirements using CLIO or similar practice management softwareCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Discretionary Annual BonusBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) + match, PTO, and moreFlexible Hybrid WFH scheduleHow to Apply:For immediate consideration, please email your resume directly to Justin Rambert - VP, Recruiting Manager - Permanent Placement at justin . rambert @ robert half com
