Job Details
What You'll Handle:
- Complex commercial and business litigation
- Contract disputes and breach of contract matters
- Construction-related disputes
- Privacy and data-related litigation
- Insurance coverage and insurance-related disputes
- Litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations
- Case management from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and client counseling
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling sophisticated business disputes with significant client responsibility
- Construction litigation, privacy, or insurance coverage experience is a plus
- Illinois Bar admission required
