Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and treatment objectives.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, employing a wide variety of therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions and measurable outcomes, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment of therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in urgent situations, maintaining the safety and welfare of clients facing imminent mental health crises.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and resources available within the community to empower them in their journey towards Recovery.

• Maintain up-to-date and ethical documentation regarding client records, which includes assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations, ensuring full adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Uphold state regulations and ethical guidelines throughout the counseling process, including maintaining confidentiality and securing informed consent.

• Demonstrate cultural competency when working with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed to meet their unique needs.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a wide demographic range, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, each presenting with their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
