Role Accounts Payable Specialist Setting Hybrid (Remote Mon/Fri | Onsite Tues–Thurs) Hours Full time Pay $23-26/hour We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a collaborative team supporting high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Process ~700–1,000 invoices monthly with a high degree of accuracy Perform 2-way & 3-way matching, coding, and approvals Manage heavy manual data entry and ensure timely processing Support AP workflows during/after system transitions (Workday) Collaborate with a team of 7 (analysts + specialists) What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume Experience with Workday (highly preferred), Oracle (view access), and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots) Solid analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills Self-starter with strong time management #J-18808-Ljbffr The Intersect Group
