Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Sri Healthcare

Human Resources Administrative Assistant – Miami, FL Responsibilities Organize and maintain personnel records. Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave). Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides. Assist with onboarding training and annual refresher training as needed. Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules). Participate in HR projects, such as helping organize a job fair event. Revise company policies. Manage all Safety Programs in partnership with the HR Manager. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates). Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms. Perform general HR and office work, including front‑desk responsibilities. Requirements Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or a relevant role. Experience with HR and payroll software. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular). Adequate knowledge of labor laws. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects. Strong phone, email, and in‑person communication skills. Preferred Requirements Spanish or Creole competency. Benefits Competitive pay. Paid holidays.
