Position Overview
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will work closely with clients to assess their coverage needs while recommending customized insurance solutions. You will educate clients on available coverage options, guide them through the enrollment process, and build lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.
This position is ideal for individuals who are relationship-driven, self-motivated, and committed to delivering value through personalized strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and ongoing support
Educate clients on insurance options
Conduct needs-based consultations to identify appropriate insurance solutions
Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
Assist clients with policy applications, enrollments, renewals, and policy servicing
Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the brand with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
Active Insurance License required
Previous insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized recommendations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
