This role includes a competitive salary of $45,000 to $65,000 per year , with additional earning potential through a 10% KPI bonus for meeting performance goals and an end-of-year bonus tied to 30% of the agency's top-line growth, shared with the team.

Requirements

• Licensed in Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance (required).
