What You'll Be Doing As a Prep Cook at 2145 EATS, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Ensuring all food items are properly stored and labeled for freshness. Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Following food safety and health department regulations. Assisting chefs and kitchen staff as needed to keep service running seamlessly. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to the kitchen. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced, hot environment.
