Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions aimed at promoting the client's general well-being.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients in distress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to enhance understanding and skills related to mental health and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards to ensure the highest levels of accountability and transparency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
