Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Ability to design adaptive physical interventions for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor skills, mobility, and physical functioning within an educational context
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and consultative strategies
• Provide direct therapy and consult services as needed, ensuring high-quality support for all assigned students
• Collaborate with school staff to promote inclusive, accessible learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school policies
