Bilingual Call Center Representative

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers by answering inbound calls regarding employee and retiree annuity benefits, managing a steady call volume while providing accurate and timely resolutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls related to retirement and benefits inquiries from employees and retirees Manage call volume effectively while navigating multiple systems to provide accurate information Deliver a professional and positive customer experience, handling sensitive information with empathy Required qualifications Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish Previous customer service or call center experience Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred High school diploma, GED, or college degree Successful completion of a background check and must be 18 years of age or older
