岗位要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，中英文读写能力强，英语TEM-8或其他同等资格

2. 有3-5年以上MOBA类游戏本地化（中译英）经验，有中大型项目经历的优先

3. 热爱游戏，熟悉市面上常见MOBA类型游戏的玩法、系统、商业化内容，对此类游戏的玩法机制和运营模式有较深的理解

4. 善于沟通，责任感强，抗压能力强，团队协作能力强

Bachelor’s degree or above; excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese and English. TEM-8 certificate or equivalent language qualification is required. 3–5 years or longer professional experience in MOBA game localization (Chinese to English). Candidates with mid-to-large scale project experience are preferred. Passionate about games; familiar with gameplay, in-game systems and monetization modules of mainstream MOBA titles, with in-depth understanding of MOBA gameplay mechanics and operation models. 岗位职责：

1. 负责MOBA游戏内文本的翻译及校对（中译英）工作，准确传达游戏产品的设计意图和游戏机制

2. 负责MOBA游戏产品周边物料的翻译及校对（中译英）工作，包括图文宣传物料、文案、社交媒体帖子、宣传视频、问卷等等内容 3. 负责公司游戏产品的文本调优和修复工作，与各英语本地化项目负责人及LQA团队合作，保证英语本地化的各项质量指标的达标

4. 协助游戏运营相关工作，为策划提供文化风俗、本地化禁忌等等相关建议，准确进行风险拦截

Translate and proofread in-game texts of MOBA games from Chinese to English, accurately conveying product design intentions and gameplay mechanics. Translate and proofread supplementary marketing assets for MOBA games (Chinese to English), including graphic copy, promotional articles, social media posts, promotional video scripts, questionnaires and other related materials. Optimize and revise game text assets; collaborate with English localization leads and the LQA team to ensure all quality metrics of English localization meet standards. Support game operation work: provide planners with advice on cultural customs and localization taboos, and proactively identify and mitigate localization risks in advance.
