Talent Acquisition Partner

Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid recruiting role where you'll partner closely with business leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, and sourcing specialists to help attract and hire great talent across a variety of functions. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned business areas and hiring initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and HR partners to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Develop recruiting plans that include job requirements, sourcing approach, screening steps, and selection strategy
• Collaborate with sourcing partners to support talent attraction efforts
• Manage candidates and recruiting activity within an applicant tracking system
• Guide candidates and hiring teams through the recruiting process from intake through offer
• Support diversity recruiting efforts and help foster an inclusive candidate experience
• Maintain awareness of recruiting trends, employment regulations, and process best practices
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and overall talent acquisition practices
• Perform additional related duties as needed

Skills:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families, levels, and geographic locations
• Strong ability to screen, assess, interview, and support offer processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teams
• Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Ability to quickly evaluate talent and communicate clearly throughout the hiring process
• Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and fair hiring practices
• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting high-volume or complex recruiting needs
• Background in developing recruiting strategies or workforce plans
• Experience contributing to diversity recruiting initiatives
• Familiarity with process improvement in a talent acquisition environment
• Strong business partnership skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

The pay range for this role is $22 - $49 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
