Location: Hybrid Incentive Program: Bonus and/or Commission About the Role As an Executive Recruiter, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders. This includes managing both client and candidate relationships, identifying new clients, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their ideal career opportunities. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven by a sense of urgency and a commitment to helping clients and candidates succeed. Responsibilities Execute full life-cycle direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders. Manage client relationships, identifying new clients and maintaining existing ones. Conduct candidate interviews and match them with suitable career opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and drive business results. Adapt to changing priorities and implement new technology to enhance recruitment processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Minimum of five (3) years of recruiting experience or relevant industry experience. High adaptability and collaborative mindset. Technically savvy with a willingness to learn and implement new technology. Passion for helping candidates and clients succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
