Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, focusing on the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client progress and resilience.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, coping strategies, and available treatment alternatives to facilitate informed choices.

• Monitoring and tracking client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care and promote overall wellness.

• Staying informed on the latest advancements in mood disorder research to enhance therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation, in alignment with ethical and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be clients dealing with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and other related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
