What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia support for a variety of pediatric and adult congenital cardiac surgeries and catheterization procedures
• Assist with neonatal, infant, and complex congenital heart surgeries
• Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in program development
• Cover neonatal and pediatric cases during daytime hours, with no adult or obstetric cases
• Maintain detailed case logs for the past 12 months
• Work independently in a solo model, supporting cardiac procedures including bypass, ECMO, and mediastinal explorations
• Collaborate with the core cardiac team for cases requiring backup and specialized support
• Contribute to the safety and success of high-risk procedures in a fast-paced environment

What You Need
Required:

• Certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant
• Washington State licensure or IMLC unlicensed considered with appropriate experience
• Recent pediatric and cardiac anesthesia experience, neonatal and complex congenital heart preferred
• Ability to work daytime hours Monday through Friday
• Ability to work independently in a solo setting

Preferred:

• Pediatric cardiac anesthesia fellowship or advanced subspecialty training
• Experience with neonatal cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, or interventional cardiology procedures
