Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial prospecting through contract execution and account management. Qualifications Industry Expertise: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience, with a documented, successful track record specifically within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales. Established Network: An active, strong network of relationships with physicians, specialists, surgical centers, or hospital networks within the Tri-State area. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex clinical sales cycles, handle competitive conversions, and consistently exceed quarterly quotas. Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the discipline to effectively manage and scale a high-potential geographic territory.
