The Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager, Commercial is responsible for serving as a trusted finance partner to the North America commercial organization, leading sales planning and forecasting, pricing strategy, and executive‑level financial insights.HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $130,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.What you will doServe as a trusted finance business partner to Commercial senior leadership, shaping strategy through data‑driven insights and financial analysisLead monthly Commercial Finance performance reporting, providing variance analysis to budget and forecast and translating results into actionable insights for executive leadershipPartner with business stakeholders to establish reporting and forecasting rhythms and provide timely, value‑added ad hoc analysis as business needs evolvePartner with the North America leadership to develop realistic financial plans and measure performance on a monthly basis against budgetsLead the development of business cases to influence investment and strategic decisionsWhat we requireBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting7-10 years of experience in Finance, with previous FP&A experienceKnowledge of International Accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP)What we preferMBA or advanced degreeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with OneStream, SAP, or similar ERP systemsExposure to Business Intelligence (BI) reporting toolsWhat we offerTaking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
