Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With opportunities across grade levels, you will collaborate closely with educators and families in a supportive, onsite environment. Daily schedules align with campus assignments: 7:30-3:30 at elementary sites and 8:00-4:00 at secondary settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas Educator Certificate
• Maintain an Educational Diagnostician certification (SBEC)
• Possess a Master’s degree
• Demonstrate at least three years of credible teaching experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Thorough understanding of evaluation and re-evaluation processes for special education

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for students K-12
• Maintain a caseload of 85-100 active students, including both new and re-evaluations
• Develop, interpret, and present assessment results to educational teams and families
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support personnel to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to inform instructional and intervention strategies
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
