Front of the House Manager – Michelin-Level Fine Dining | Chattanooga, TN

RELOCATION TO CHATANOOGA REQUIRED!!!

FOH Manager – Compensation & Benefits

$65k-80k base salary plus performance bonus potential

FOH Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin/James Beard-restaurants
Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a disciplined FOH Team
Strong background in cost control, systems, and inventory management
Skilled in executing dining room operations at the highest level
Committed to safety, precision, and the pursuit of perfection
