Housing Navigator: Accelerate Path to Permanent Housing
Pine Street Inn Inc.
A community support organization in Boston is seeking a Housing Navigation Case Manager to work with a team to develop sustainable housing plans for homeless guests. Responsibilities include engaging guests to reduce housing barriers and entering critical information into the Homeless Management Information System accurately. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a human service-related field and at least two years of experience in social services, with skills in MS Word and Excel being vital for success.
