Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active CTC licensure in Special Education, Mild/Moderate authorization required
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to create inclusive, engaging, and differentiated lesson plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students' unique learning needs within the RSP caseload
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
• Evaluate student progress and maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional growth
• Attend relevant meetings, provide input on student progress, and advocate for appropriate supports

This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through June 18, 2027, offering stability and a substantial period to make a difference in students’ lives. You'll work full-time hours (6.5 hours per day, 32.5 per week), with details about your caseload discussed during the interview process.
