We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk for a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our payroll team, handling timekeeping administration, garnishments, payroll approvals, commission tracking, and other payroll-related functions. This position is integral to executing established payroll processes and managing a high-volume weekly payroll cycle in our fast-paced and rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer timekeeping records and ensure accurate tracking.
• Handle garnishments and payroll approvals efficiently.
• Track and manage commission payouts.
• Execute established payroll processes accurately.
• Support a high-volume weekly payroll cycle.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Paylocity is preferred.
• Experience with Paycom or ADP is acceptable.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunrise, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
