Accounts Receivable Specialist Beacon Hill is partnering with a respected Seattle law firm in the downtown area to fill a Accounts Receivable Specialist position. Base pay range $30.00/hr – $38.00/hr Location Seattle, WA (Downtown) Job Type Temporary to Hire Full-time (37.5‑hour workweek) Hybrid flexibility – 2 days from home Responsibilities Manage cash receipts, client payments, short pays, and collections. Collaborate closely with attorneys and the billing team. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting activities. Maintain detailed records and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Detail oriented and reliable. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in accounts receivable or related finance role preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
