Administrative Assistant

Description:
As a primary contact for the organization, the Administrative Assistant & CSR role is responsible for supporting daily business operations through various administrative and customer support functions. Duties of the Administrative Assistant and & CSR role include:
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff or department.
- Greet and assist customer, visitors, vendors and other guests in a professional manner.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
- Assist other departments with support functions and special projects as needed.
- Perform customer service representative duties as needed, including responding to customer questions and resolving routine inquiries.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Additional qualifications of the position include:
- Ability to conduct multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment while maintaining composure.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify workable solutions, and select the appropriate course of action in an unbiased manner.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Advanced customer relationship skills.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with peers and management in a professional manner.
Compensation details: 19-20 Hourly Wage
