Position Overview: Be the point of contact for organizers publishing events reviewing submissions, coordinating with venues, and making sure every show that goes live is accurate and ready to sell. Strong communication and a sharp eye for detail required. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Manage and update content on the company website. Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
