Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and diagnostic equipment, enabling us to provide advanced treatment approaches. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for both our staff and our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and capabilities to formulate effective treatment strategies.Develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each patient, ensuring a tailored experience.Implement hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises, including but not limited to modalities such as electrotherapy, ultrasound, and manual therapy, to alleviate pain and restore function.Educate patients on best practices for body mechanics, injury prevention techniques, and lifestyle modifications that enhance recovery.Regularly monitor patient progress, documenting treatment outcomes, and adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care.Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments and progress to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and promote accountability.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic serves a broad spectrum of patients, from those suffering from acute injuries to individuals recovering from surgeries or managing chronic ailments. We specialize in treating conditions such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, sprains, fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as balance and gait deficits. Our commitment to customized care means developing specific rehabilitation plans for diverse populations, including athletes, seniors, and postoperative patients.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Current state licensure in New Jersey as a Physical Therapist.Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is a must.A minimum of one year of clinical experience treating a wide range of physical conditions.Proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.Strong analytical skills for patient assessment and rehabilitation strategy formulation.Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.Preferred ExperienceWhile one year of experience is required, candidates with five or more years of clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings will be given priority. Experience treating individuals with complex needs and advanced clinical decision-making is a significant asset.Compensation and BenefitsRevive Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 a year, commensurate with experience.
